Frsky X-lite Strap and Cover System

All parts must be printed in TPU flexible material to function properly! I've found that Sainsmart TPU produces great results. The main required part to create first is the Strap. There are two versions of the strap available: "Strap.stl" and "Strap for Module.stl". The Strap.stl is designed for use without the lite expansion module on the back of the transmitter. The Strap for Module is compatible with the module. Both parts can be used standalone without any other parts required. Recommended print settings include 60-75 percent infill. Cover.stl This part locks into the strap and holds very tightly, covering and protecting the screen, d-pad, selection-stick, and buttons. It will only work if the strap is installed. Recommended print settings are 40-65 percent infill. Gimbal_Base.stl (WARNING! THIS PART MUST BE MIRRORED FOR THE OPPOSITE SIDE!) Topper_Short_23mm_stick_height.stl Topper Recommended 25.5mm stick height.stl These parts can be printed to protect your gimbals, attaching to the Cover.stl with two M3 screws. You must mirror the Gimbal_Base.stl part for the other side. I mirrored the part within my slicer before printing. Depending on the length of your sticks, you can select the correct topper to accommodate. I am using Topper_Short 23mm and am using the stock sticks. UPDATE: For the X-Lite Pro stock sticks, use Topper Recommended 25.5mm stick height.stl. The sticks are a few mm taller than the original X-lite. The toppers require six M3 screws to attach the topper to the Gimbal Base. Screen Mount.stl - Mount for the Boscam Watch FPV Monitor - this is version 1 and may be updated soon Screen Mount V2.stl - Mount for the Boscam Watch FPV Monitor - this is version 2 and has quite a few improvements from the first version. Recommended print settings are 100 percent infill.
