Maybe someone still needs this... For my lacquered Taranis enclosure, the original buttons are a bit too thick. To avoid making them too delicate to wobble, I chose Soft-PLA/TPU again. It's easier to print with a little support structure and it's fine. It fits quite well for me, a little hot glue or rubber cement on the ends and it works beautifully. And yes, it has a standard thickness and a slightly narrower one for thicker coatings. I don't think these things can be used with PLA/ABS... they're too inflexible. #####Filaments: - Soft/Flex PLA, TPU
