The X Lite is Frsky's first game controller style radio with hall gimbals pre-installed. Although the X Lite comes with gimbal protectors, they are unsightly, do not stay in place and offer little protection. Upgraded gimbal protectors snap in securely and won't fall off when you turn your radio upside down. Key features include: 1) Protecting gimbals from getting crushed if you drop your radio or accidentally sit on your case 2) Protecting your case from the spiky tops of your sticks, which can damage the inside of your case if left exposed There are three versions of these gimbal protectors to fit the three different stick options available. The stock gimbal protectors are the proper height for the stock sticks.
