I've assembled the housing for my FrSky FLVSS and it fits perfectly in place. Unfortunately, the Futaba servo connector can't be inserted incorrectly as there are clear slots to guide it properly. The cover is fitted accurately in my FLVSS but slight adjustments might still be required due to manufacturing tolerances. To aid users with printing V1.0's tolerance, I've developed a revised version - V1.1. One possible issue that might arise is the fit of the lid in inaccurate printers. If this happens, the user can adjust the print after completion or file it down using a fine-tipped tool for better alignment. For those who are unsure about how to fix it, Zuoma has posted his own version - V1.0 in 3% larger size in the 'made' category. Keep in mind that each section of the housing may vary by up to 1mm with regards to measurements on this updated file (V1.1). You'll be glad to know that my Futaba Servo connector fits perfectly. However, tiny adjustments might be required due to production tolerances. I have created a new file (version V1.1) for those users with less precise printers. I think you should know that it's normal for the lid to not fit perfectly in lower-end 3D printing devices. No problem, this can easily be corrected using sandpaper after it's been printed. In case you're interested in finding solutions when printing my version V1.0 on a printer that's known for its poor accuracy - just go take a look at the 'made' section, where Zuoma has managed to successfully print one 3% larger than recommended!
