Print the small spacers that support the remaining stand-offs so that the D4R-II rests level in the ZMR frame. Edit 6/7/15: A new modified tray was added, this time with a VTX holder. It now accommodates the ImmersionRC 600mw 5.8ghz VTX and an XT60 version is also available. Instructions To assemble, print the small spacers to complete the stand-offs where the tray does not sit. This will ensure the top plate sits level in place.
