This mould makes awesome small pies/pasties that everyone loves to eat. Place defrosted frozen puff pastry squares in it, and you're ready to go. First, flour the bottom of the mould and one square's underside, then put the square in the mould. Next, brush the edges with water or milk - this helps everything stick together just right. Now add your sweet or savory filling, followed by flouring the top mould and the other square's topside. Place the second square on top, making sure it lines up perfectly with the bottom half of the mould. Push down hard to form those lovely crimps and trim off any excess pastry that's hanging over the edges. Carefully pull the extra pastry away from the corners, then remove the top mould - if you've floured enough, it should come right off. Invert the mould and give it a few good bangs on a baking tray - with a little luck, your pie/pasty will pop right out. Now all that's left to do is cook it in the oven until it's golden brown, then sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Don't forget to let it cool down a bit before taking a bite - if you don't, you might just exclaim "Ouch!"
