Frozen Olaf interior repair part
thingiverse
Inside the rumbling and babbling Olaf, the vibrating motor suddenly came loose and practically shredded the toy's interior. I re-designed the part using Tinkercad. It still has some flaws that need fixing in the future. At some points, it is slightly too big, which is why I had to use some force to get everything back into the original housing. Use caution when removing the support structure from the battery housing! Although not perfect, this redesign manages to make a kid happy again. 2018/12/11 Update: • Easier access to the on/off switch has been achieved. • A better fit for the battery cover is now possible. • The issue with the nut of the battery cover falling out of the bearing has been resolved. • The battery divider should now stick more securely to the top of the housing.
