A flat board with three holes on each side. Print two and use velcro strips to contain a breast milk bag between them. Freezes breast milk bags extremely flat, allowing more to fit in the same space in the freezer. Velcro cable ties from Amazon are cheap and work well, 5 inches is best but 4-6 will work. I printed with 5 top and bottom layers so it's 100% filled.
