A custom insert because that iceberg box is just ridiculous and I will never carry it around. This insert fits the base game content plus the Resource Expansion, The Frostlander Expansion and the Dreadnought mini in the base box. With this you can carry around Frostpunk with 2 boxes, the base box and either the Miniatures Expansion or the Timber CIty Expansion depending on whether you like wood or resin. And of course the playmat if you have that. All the card boxes fit sleeved cards, both the regular sized ones and the tarot sized ones. I used Mayday Premium (63.5mm X 88mm) for the normal size cards and Arcane Tinmen matte sleeves (70mm x 120mm) for the tarot sized cards. YMMV if you use different sleeves that are a bit bigger. You can try scaling up the STLs in your slicer if you have an issue but no guarantee things still fit as shown above. Printing parameters will depend on your printer, but I use a layer height of 0.2 mm, 4 layers bottom and top, a wall count of 4 and 30% infill. The boxes tend to pull up and warp on the corners so play around with our printer setting and first layer to make them stick. You can see in the pictures that I didn't total succeed in eliminating all warping. Most of the time it is just aesthetic and doesn't effect the function. You can also add "mouse ears" on the corners to help hold them down. Most slicers have a plug in for this. This insert takes approximately 1.4 kg of filament depending on your slicer settings of course. The MapBordersBox is pretty big and you will need a printer with a 300mm bed to print. The good news is that if you can't print it it's not that big of a deal, the Map Border Tiles will stack pretty nicely on top of the boxes below them. To pack this into the box there are four layers with most of the content being in the first layer.See the included photos that show how to pack it into the box. Update 1 - The large buildings box was a dupe of the law buildings box. The correct file has been uploaded. Also it seems some copies have small hexes that are slightly larger than mine so I updated the board hexes box to increase the size of the spot for the small hexes. Let me know if there are any other problems. Update 2 - I mispelled the word scenario on two boxes, I have uploaded corrected STLs
