This should fit a regular size minifig body perfectly. If the fit is too snug, simply carve out part of the neck hole with a sharp knife to achieve a comfortable fit. I highly recommend printing this design on a Resin printer for optimal results. While it's possible to print it on an FDM, the quality may be satisfactory but will require extensive post-processing cleanup efforts to refine its appearance.
