Design: Conceptualization of Froppy's Goggles with Creative Liberty I tackled designing Tsuyu's goggles from My Hero Academia with a semi-original concept in mind. By "semi," I mean that despite my efforts, I couldn't find consistent reference photos of these goggles due to the subtle design changes throughout the series. To overcome this challenge, I took creative license when modeling the design in Fusion 360. Printing: Essential Printing Considerations To achieve optimal print quality, use supports on the strap loops. This step ensures a successful print outcome. Assembly: Constructing the Front Half of the Goggles The front section of the goggles consists of several parts, including two shrouds, two lenses, the center piece, and left and right lens housings. These components are designed to be bonded together using a strong two-part epoxy (I utilized JB Weld). For added convenience, I included strap loops on the interior for threading an elastic band through. The rear band and front section can be separated and held together by the tension of the elastic band. To enhance comfort, consider gluing upholstery foam over the strap loops for a snugger fit.
