# Front Wheel Hook ## Replacement Part for Brompton Folding Bike The front wheel lock hook that secures my Brompton bike's wheel to its frame when folded broke. I also wanted to gain hands-on experience with FreeCAD, so I designed a replacement. ## Instructions * Print the part in the provided orientation, flat on one side for maximum stability. * I used four perimeters and 30% infill since this part will endure significant mechanical stress. * Reuse the M5x25 screw and the two metal plates from the original hook to ensure a seamless integration. * Insert a M5 nut into the square cutout to catch the screw securely.
