It is very hard to remove broken bearings from the front wheel coupler. Original aluminum part is hard to get fast. This is printable body of the connection. You cannot set wheel's angle like in original one.

You need 8x50 mm bolt and two bearings SS 6001-2RS (same as original, pick stainless steels ones). 12 mm inner, 28 mm outer diameter, 8 mm thickness. Bearings have to be press-fitted. You can also use a hammer.

Print the body on the flat side. You can use supports to make the print more smoother but it can be printed without supports. Tube is used to center the bolt.

Title image is a preview. The original bearings have to be removed completely and printed body is supposed to sit 2 millimeters above the Y wheel holder.

Wheel should be at same height as the original one but I found it's a millimeter higher. However, when somebody sits in the wheelchair, the difference is gone.
