Front Suspension OpenRC F1 - flexible filament

This gives the OpenRC F1 rear suspension. To make this, you'll need flexible filament such as ninjaflex. I printed the flexible parts with Makerflex from makergeeks.com. Update 4/20/18: Just added a better video. Print the upper arms and mounting block with rigid material like PETG or PLA. Print all other parts with a flexible (blue material in my photos). I printed the rigid parts with 3 walls and 75% infill. If I print them again, I plan to back it down to 2 walls and maybe 30% infill for softer springs. Please note that the files I uploaded are actually a slightly improved version of what I show in the photos. I included the Autodesk Inventor files so it is editable. Update 3/10/19: Testing has worked out great. The suspension is functional! I uploaded an updated front chassis that increases the clearance for a-arm movement. Alternatively, you can just trim the normal part with a razor blade or leave it as-is. This chassis has a couple of other tweaks too.
