22nd iteration :) - You will need a strong but flexible material. I'm printing exclusively in Taulman 910 just for these and I have this tower mounted to 2 cars which have each taken some serious abuse. Designed to flex a great deal, but finally break just under the shock mount. This intentional break will hopefully save some harder to replace parts from breaking. I mean, you can print more of these. Can't print more shocks. Put to the test, it did exactly that. My kid took the car to the skate park where it survived 50+ 6 foot drops onto concrete before breaking exactly where intended. If you print with Nylon, you'll need some support and your first layer has got to be perfect so you can get the support off, but you know all that already.
