Front Shock Tower 06013 - HSP

This is the front shock tower for my rc car. I designed it exactly like the real one and haven't tested it yet, but the aluminum one I have right now is close to breaking so I'll probably be printing this soon. I don't know if it's going to hold together with PLA so I'm putting this as WIP until I have the chance to test it. I can't print with Nylon but that would be the best option. Anyway you could use this stl to drive a cnc machine and machine it from a piece of aluminum. The RC buggy I have is an Amax Booster Pro. It's a clone of the HSP XSTR. The part number for this spare is: 06013 Print Settings Printer Brand: Creality Printer: Ender 3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100% How I Designed This Notes on precision To design this I made a tracing with a piece of paper and then imported the picture in Fusion 360 to trace the path with the spline tool. Tough the general measurements look pretty accurate they can differ from the real thing. If you find it differs too much from the original and can't be fixed with a Dremel or something like it message me and I'll fix it. Category: R/C Vehicles
