After modding my Ender 3 Max with a Microswiss All In One Directdrive kit, I realised the cables to the extruder could be damaged by the extruder motor catching them against the top gantry. After reading that it was recommended to move the cables to the front of the gantry instead of the default behind, I wanted something that I could still mount the filament runout sensor to and have it feed into the new extruder through a PTFE tube. Here are the fruits of my labour. There is a space for you to attach the included Microswiss PTFE tube clamp as seen in the picture below
