Front Piece for Line Follower Robot
thingiverse
This is the front piece of a line follower robot body, perfect for increasing the distance between motors and sensors. The mounting holes for sensors are precisely 7cm apart, with a diameter of 2mm. A 10cm long shaft ensures stability and balance. With a thickness of just 3mm, this component is both lightweight and robust. This front piece works seamlessly with QTR-8RC and QTR-8A sensors. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker Resolution: Any resolution will do the trick. Infill: The infill percentage doesn't matter too much, but if you want to avoid pillowing, print with at least 10% infill. I went for 25% myself, and if you need an even stronger part, aim for 50-55%.
