Front Panel for PSU (ATX Compatible)
thingiverse
I wanted to build a linear power supply which would need a heavy transformer among other parts, plus I wanted to keep it all together, which got me in the need of a solid case. Dead ATX PSUs are a great option for this kind of DIY projects, but I was running out of space inside the metal case and I still didn't have a proper user interface. This was the solution I came with. Measures: - L: 150mm W: 85mm H: 30mm Features: - 4x 8mm diameter holes for knobs and banana connectors. - 1x 3.2mm diameter hole for an indicator LED. - 1x Display window (L: 45.5mm W: 26.1mm) Printing: - Facing downwards. - No supports needed. Update: - A printable template for marking the holes is now included just in case it may come handy. The holes are centered at 7mm from each edge. Happy printing!
