Front panel binding post panel for HP/Agilent PSUs
thingiverse
This is a front-panel binding post mount for the Hewlett-Packard/Agilent/Keysight rack-mount power supplies, based on my 6632B PSU but will probably fit other models as well. Depending on the configuration, not all of these supplies have front-panel output terminals mounted (only a screw-terminal on the rear). If used in a bench-setup as a general-purpose DC power supply, a front-panel mounted solution is often favourable. It's identical in size to the original metal rack-mount ears, and uses the same screws to mount to either side of the PSU. It has two 6,3mm diameter mount holes (with a slot to prevent the post from turning) - feel free to adapt it to fit the parts available to you. Also a third connector (for added ground terminal) should fit there easily. The SketchUp .SKP-file is attached for editing. For best results, use sturdy wiring and add extra sense wires to get the most accurate voltage reading.
