Front Mount for TwoTrees Titan Clone with BLTouch

Remix of 3Dimpulse's direct drive mount for the Ender 3 to work with the TwoTrees Titan Clone. Added a 3mm spacer for the bltouch since this mount puts it too high up to trigger. Use the same print settings as with the original. Update February 17,2021: I noticed that no matter how I adjusted the holes, the extruder housing would sit slightly tilted relative to the x-carriage. To get around this, I made those holes into slots so that the housing can be adjusted flush to the mount and then tightened down. I also added a 3mm-thick stepper motor spacer to place between the motor and extruder housing.
