Front Mount Case for Pi Zero, hub, & 5V PSU
thingiverse
This is for the 2 base boxes remixed from GWeaver's Thing (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4098798/files). Instead of using buck converters, I bought a Meanwell RS-15-5 PSU to power my Pi and a touch screen. I additionally added a USB 4 port hub to sit in the cradle above the Pi Zero and simply hot glued it in. This gives you a USB port o the front panel. Access to the SD slots of the Pi and main board are doable with the top covers off, but not something you'll want to do often. If you notice, the mainboard is set at an angle to accommodate the wiring bundle.
