This mount is designed for Metabikes' Metaphrastic recumbent front boom; refer to www.meta-bikes.com for more details. The front boom originally lacked a mount holder, so a 25mm diameter clamp zone was chosen, fitting most front lights (22.2mm to 26mm). Since late 2012, a genuine part is available but narrower than the DIY option (as shown in http://www.meta-bikes.com/images/front_790.jpg). The creator used OpenSCAD on a GNU/Linux Ubuntu 13.10 system to design and export the model as STL, then repaired it with Netfabb Basic before uploading the fixed file. Feel free to use the OpenSCAD source, but don't forget to correct the STL export!
