Front LED Bicycle Light Mount
thingiverse
I'm fond of using USB rechargeable front bike lights, like mine from Aldi, which attach securely to the handlebar with a sturdy mount and rubber band. However, over time, these lights inevitably start to sag from the horizontal due to normal wear and tear. To prevent this issue, I decided to design a custom mount that would allow the light to sit perfectly centered on my handlebar. This involved creating a socket for the light that is precisely angled at right angles to the mount. My bike happens to be a Nitro Tempest model. The diameter of the light's cylindrical body measures 27 millimeters.
