I listen to YouTube videos on my Samsung note 4 by using this tiny device that brings the sound up front since the speaker is at the back. I designed this thing in SpaceClaim and had it printed on a Davinci 1.0 printer. It took three attempts to get it just right for me, however, you might need to tweak the width of your phone's fitment like I did since my cover was getting in the way. The object is printed at a .2mm layer height and 50% thickness because trying to use a thickness of less than 30% allowed too much sound to travel through and not enough around the front.
