Front drive shaft for JJRC Q39 - Front wheel transmission
thingiverse
This is a critical piece of the front transmission assembly for the JJRC Q39 drone. To prepare one of the two lateral supports for insertion into its axis, a key modification is required. The modification involves carefully removing an upper portion of the support and then securing it in place with glue. To facilitate this process, the main pin can be temporarily glued into position. However, please note that this is a temporary fix, intended to aid in the assembly process rather than provide a long-term solution. I am currently working on making some significant changes to this design, which will soon be implemented and shared through an updated file upload. These modifications are aimed at enhancing overall performance and functionality. To optimize printing results, it's recommended that small nozzles be used for this project. Additionally, consider rotating the print orientation by 90° to achieve better structural integrity and a more stable assembly process.
