Front_Drawer_4_Ender_3_Pro

This is a sliding drawer box for the right-front space under the table on the Creality Ender 3 Pro. The Pro model uses a 40mmx40mm Y-axis rail, which won't fit (without modification) on the original Ender 3 with its 20mmx40mm Y-axis rail. The STL files are designed for the drawer itself, as well as a slide that glides along the Y-axis rail and another version using 3mm T-nuts instead of the slide. In my setup, I chose to use the T-nuts because I like having the option to clamp it down securely. The drawer slides smoothly with loose T-nuts. I've included Fusion 360 models, as well as STEP and SAT models so others can utilize them in their preferred CAD system. Edit: I also added a Fusion 360 model and STL file for a rear box designed specifically for the Ender 3 Pro. This is a modified version of my Pi Box 4 Ender 3, minus the Pi windows and divider. Edit 2: One user printed the non-T-nut version and found it fit so tightly that the part became bent during installation. As intended, this design provides a snug fit. To ensure smooth operation, I recommend measuring your printer and modifying one of the three CAD models to suit its dimensions. Alternatively, simply print the drawer and sand or file it until it glides smoothly. Some claim, "A Maker must make." I counter with, "A Maker must adapt." Now go create something new. Edit 3: I reduced the width of the box by 0.5 mm and labeled it Rev B. This revised version should slide more easily.
