Front bumper for tf2

I designed a new front bumper for my trusty TF2, since I didn't have access to a winch. My creation isn't the most aesthetically pleasing, I'll admit it. The design wasn't incredibly durable either - or perhaps I just wasn't driving as skillfully as I thought. It looked pretty good, but it couldn't withstand a real impact. Maybe there will be an improved version next time around.
