Front Axle Vented Plug (Fits John Deere 2025R)

Vented plug for front axle housing on John Deere 2025R compact tractor. Stock plug has no vent capabilities, vent allows pressure to equalize and not cause issues with housing seals. Recommend PETG. 2 versions, one that requires a section of metal tub glued in the cap and a section of flexible tube is pressed on the top of the metal tub, and coiled to provide the vent while preventing water from getting in. Second version has vent path built into the cap itself (no external tube required). Both have provisions for a dipstick to be added (there is a hole in the bottom of the plug to epoxy in a section of wire at appropriate length with marks crimped/scribed on). On the integral plug, the hole for dipstick is located in the center of the plug, vent is off center. NOTE: This is for the 1st Gen 2025R (model years 2013 thru 2020 I believe), not sure if subsequent years used the same plug or if it fits the 1025R series.
