Front Acrylic Panel Guides
thingiverse
This guide explains how to install an Acrylic or Plexiglass front panel on your 3D printer, which retains heat for better performance with high-temperature materials. Due to budget constraints, I used cardboard as a substitute; however, you can attach the panels using double-sided tape or Velcro. For instance, on a FF Creator X, place two smaller guides at the sides and one large guide at the bottom. Slide an acrylic or plexiglass sheet to cover the front panel hole, or remove it by sliding the panel up when access is needed. Alternatively, use the big guide on the side and the small ones at top and bottom for a side-sliding clear panel installation.
