I discovered an online image, which I converted into a CAD design and printed for my father as a Father's Day present. Although not my original artwork, the process took some time. To print this on your device, adjust the size to approximately 40% (my LulzBot AO-101 could manage up to 50%). Lower the resolution to the minimum level (my printer allowed .5mm layer height). If you want to conserve filament, reduce the model's height. I set mine to 5mm tall using Nettfab due to time limitations, and it worked well. Use a density of at least .2, and wrap your gift for a thoughtful present.
