Playing with sculpting in blender 4.0 a bit.  Halfway through I was told it looked like a frog, so I leaned into it a bit and shifted towards a tree-frog.   A couple lazy hours on and off, but progress, so tossed it in a slicer with tree supports and into the creative commons.   If you want one you can print without supports based on this check out https://www.printables.com/model/800721-froggy-no-support
