"Frog" Quadcopter (250 FPV)
thingiverse
This is my third version of a lightweight 200 FPV Racing Quadcopter. Any suggestions are welcome! You will need these things: 8x M3 Screw 14mm (for the arms) 4x M3 nuts 4x M3 8mm (for the center plate) Print out the following: 1x hull_v3 4x arms 1x midplate 1x hull_top (with support) In the front there is a mount for the tiny whoop fpv camera (28mm). There is also a GPS mount on top and a mount for a Flight Controller (30.5mm). The weight of this frame is about 125 grams. The hardware I am using (these are standard items): 3D printed 220mm Frame A basic HKPilot Flight Controller with Ardupilot's newest Software. 4x brushless motors, specifically Multistar 2006, 2300 KV Beast motors with Afro speed controllers. Each controller has 12 Amps capacity and uses the SimonK firmware. Four high quality composite propellers for better durability and smoother flying experiences, specifically the 5 inch DuraTronic Carbon fiber ones. FrSky Receiver with a built in Telemetry port for advanced users to monitor the copter's health status in real time using compatible receivers such as OpenTx. A good amount of capacity Zippy LiPo battery from popular brand manufacturers with the best performance: ?x 1600mAh - 2000mAh 4S High Capacity, Rechargeable Lithium Polymer Batteries. Add these: A very accurate LEA-6H GPS receiver with a digital compass module for orientation information. High speed transmission using an awesome radio telemetry transmitter system. A nice piece to have if you like watching from a first person view: the best 5,8GHz Cloverleaf video signal system that also allows compatibility of the high resolution camera footage recorded on popular Goggles or with GoPro Hero digital still camera and for flashing a better alert: LED lights. I'll make an extra hole in the center plate where you can attach your XT60 power supply, which will also have holes for light fixtures. To help me out - some adjustments should be done.
