Frog on branches - multi-color

myminifactory

It's a frog perched on top of some branches. Sculpted in Blender, this model requires printing all its parts in their proper colors before assembling everything with glue. Printing tips are essential for achieving the best results. The model shown in the pictures was printed using 0.2mm layer height, but I recommend going even lower, such as 0.1mm or less, to capture finer details. As the weight of the "branches" part is concentrated on one side relative to the base layer, adhesion to the printing table becomes a critical issue here. To overcome this problem, use a raft if necessary. Begin your print from the eyes and pupils, as these small parts can be challenging for some printers. If you encounter issues with these areas, scale up the entire model accordingly. Two versions of the frog are available: one in a single piece that requires extensive support structures, and another divided into two parts (bottom and top). In the latter case, only the upper part needs minimal support. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have.
