As the GE Team provides no details on Factor of Safety (FOS), due to classification procedures, I opted for designing my frog with a FOS of 1. The weight reduction amounts to 81.17% while maintaining stiffness below the yield limit. In Cond#2, maximum tension is 5.51E8 Pa (79.9 ksi). Though lighter design seems possible, I estimate a minimal weight loss and believe the current 386g strikes an appropriate balance for this bracket, achieving around 83% reduction in weight.
