I did quite a lot of remixing the original box. First I managed some more parameters: - diameter of hole holding srews (3.2 - 3.4 mm depending on printer) - thickness of the fins (3-6 mm, 4 mm in original design, I will use 5 mm for standard, hinges, arms and cam will fit from the original design) I gave all fins 1 mm more depth, as I covered some issues with my holes holding the screws, hopefully this will do better. I removed the thread as I will use srews and nuts to hold hinges and arms in place. I do not find it useful to use threads that were not printed circular, cause they mostly will not fit well, even if you do get them slightly more room (as was done in the original version, which is fine). Hole diameter reffers to all parts with holes (box, lid, arms, hinged and cam) Further more I remodeled hinges, arms and cam, so now they are included in the fusion360-file. Also I rearranged everything, so there is more "order" within time history (as for the box itself, as I remodeled all other parts based on the stl-files of the original box, there is somewhat more effort to rearrange these parts) Hinges are now with exact width of 26 mm (hole to hole) as referred to by the parameters of the box. Until now, I did not figure out, how to properly use a parameter for this too, maybe v5 will fix it :o). As measured from the stl-file of original version, the distance was quite a bit shorter and my box was not closing properly. You will need 25 mm screws and nuts (8x)
