FritzBox users know that this device gets quite warm. I'm trying to get it a bit cooler. The fan is from eBay: https://www.ebay.de/itm/263367505392 Since the fan is 12V, and we only get 5V from USB, it spins very slowly. However, it's enough to cool the box down by about 15-20 degrees with no noise at all. Power for the fan comes from a standard USB port. The fan plug can be found here: https://ebay.us/j31IM7 Update: The new versions of this setup don't have the fan covered, and I also removed some material from the sides to improve airflow.
