Frisbee

Frisbee

A Frisbee crafted for my grandson, Logan, emerged from a moment of inspiration and was printed using DiamondAge PLA on an Ultimaker. I initially had doubts about the success of the print without support material; however, it turned out well despite some imperfections after cleaning. The Frisbee flies smoothly, with a 175 mm outer diameter and weighing 31 grams. To achieve this design, a raft was essential. Although my skills improved over two attempts, both Frisbees were printed at 190 C, with a layer thickness of 0.1 mm and a print speed of 100 mm/s.
