Here is another model that no one else will ever need, but if you do, here it is. The Poulan P4018WT/802036 chainsaw carburetor setup has an extremely unique design. This Zama W-26 (part # 545070601) carburetor uses a separate throttle butterfly from the main body. When the metal pin attached to the throttle cable pushes on the lever connected to the throttle butterfly shaft, this butterfly is activated. My customer broke this lever while trying to replace the fuel lines himself. Unfortunately, this lever is not an individual component; you have to purchase a complete carburetor unit. However, if you're handy with FreeCAD and a 3D printer, you can recreate the broken piece and print yourself out a happy customer. This model will fit snugly into place. You'll need to tap it onto the shaft carefully. Once it's on, don't forget to replace the spring before installing this. After that, mushroom the end of the brass shaft slightly to keep the lever in place. Due to either a Thingiverse bug or shadowbanning, my models no longer show up under the Newest listings.
