So, here is another model that no one else will ever need... but if you do, here it is. The carburetor setup on a Poulan P4018WT/802036 chainsaw boasts an incredibly unique design. This carburetor (a Zama W-26; part # 545070601) employs a throttle butterfly separate from the main body. This butterfly springs to life when the metal pin attached to the throttle cable pushes against a lever linked to the throttle butterfly shaft. My customer suffered a broken lever while attempting to replace the fuel lines himself. Unfortunately, this lever is not a standalone component - it must be purchased as part of a complete carburetor unit. However, if you're skilled in FreeCAD and possess a 3D printer, you can recreate the broken piece and print yourself a brand new lever. **[NOTES]**This replacement will fit snugly on the shaft. To secure it in place, tap the end onto the shaft. Once installed (don't forget to replace the spring beforehand), you'll need to mushroom the brass shaft slightly to keep the lever firmly in position.
