So, here is another model that no one else will ever need but if you do, here it is. The Poulan P4018WT/802036 chainsaw carburetor setup boasts a distinctive design. This Zama W-26 carburetor (part # 545070601) employs a separate throttle butterfly housed within the main body. The butterfly springs to life when the metal pin attached to the throttle cable strikes the lever connected to the throttle butterfly shaft. My customer learned this lesson the hard way: attempting to replace the fuel lines himself resulted in a broken lever. Unfortunately, this critical component is not sold separately - you'll need to purchase an entire carburetor unit. However, for those skilled with FreeCAD and a 3D printer, reproducing the broken part and printing a replacement offers a DIY solution. This custom-made piece fits snugly onto the shaft, requiring only a gentle tap to secure it in place. Before installation, don't forget to reinstall the spring. Once that's done, use your fingers or a tool to slightly mushroom the end of the brass shaft, ensuring the lever stays firmly in position.
