Frightful Halloween Alphabet - Refrigerator Magnets

Individual Letters and Numbers based on the Spooky Chiller Font. Each has a set of embedded 1x3 mm magnets.

These letters and numbers let you typeset your own message, practice your alphabet skills (for those kids out there) or keep track of the date in October.

Print Settings

I used a MK3S+ with a 0.4 mm nozzle, PLA with generic filament settings and 0.2 mm spacing. I updated the Infill/Top Fill Pattern to be Hilbert Curve to give a stippled look to the top surface. All other setting are stock. The smooth sheet gives the best results due to the better adhesion. A brass or non-magnetic nozzle is a must since you're printing around magnets.

Magnets

Each letter contains two embedded 1x3 mm magnets (ASIN: B08NZSL2V6 but look around because there are many options). The design for the magnet cavity is 3.15 x 1.6 mm so there should be plenty of tolerance. Place a pause at 2.40 mm to insert the magnets. These settings are already saved to the 3MF composition files.

Color Change

The surface is embossed for a color change at layer 3.2 mm. Add a color change at 3.2 mm for the last 6 layers.
