This is the Frieza bust (one of his many forms). Frieza, also known as Freeza, is a fictional character in the Dragon Ball manga series created by Akira Toriyama, revered as the universe's most powerful being and a galactic tyrant. Despite not appearing until the manga's second half, Frieza has become widely considered the most iconic antagonist from the series due to effectively serving as the catalyst for many of the events depicted in the story, including Goku's arrival on Earth, the Saiyans' landing on Earth, and subsequently the main characters visiting planet Namek. He is directly responsible for the murder of Bardock, the genocide of the Saiyan race, and Kuririn's second death, making him arguably Goku's most personal and significant enemy.
