My team's innovative design for the Makerbot Thingiverse + GE FirstBuild 2015 Hackathon challenge forced us to think outside the box. The theme demanded creativity within a very specific boundary - an icebox. In response, we created a system capable of monitoring and controlling refrigerated medications' distribution effectively. The project can be viewed in more detail here: https://firstbuild.com/kaseypackardsmart/fridge-pharm/. Our entire design was completed in just one day using SolidWorks to create the model. We utilized an Arduino Uno for functionality and attempted to integrate our work with Firebase. Please note that this is not a fully refined model. The completion of it occurred in a single day, resulting in some imperfections that need further attention. The latch and pin design were created hastily and thus, these features are absent from the provided files.
