I swapped out the 6x3mm magnets for 8x3mm ones, so I had to widen the magnet hole in Tinkercad. I bumped up the tolerance to 8.2mm and now my 8x3mm magnet fits snugly without any glue holding it in place. Get the handle from the original design.
