Fridge Lock
thingiverse
My toddler loves to grab sweets from the fridge, so I came up with this solution. By attaching a Tesa power strap high on the fridge and securing it tightly, kids can no longer open the door. Alongside the 4 required parts, you'll need a spring from a pen and a short piece (matching the uncompressed spring's length) from the ink tube. Ideally, cut this piece from the back end, making sure there's no ink present. This design accommodates springs with an outer radius of about 4mm – a common size found in most pens.
