I replaced a broken handle on my old LG Fridge Freezer with a new one that's stronger. Since I don't have the exact model number, I decided to create a replacement part myself. To do this, I mounted the fridge handle pieces onto the door and cut a 20mm diameter pipe to the required length using brushed stainless steel tubing. Next, I placed the fridge handle covers on top and bottom of the tube using cable ties and rubber bands for added security. Before printing, I created two identical parts for each handle needed. If you want to modify anything, feel free to use my Sketchup files. Printing Settings: Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Printrbot Plus Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 75-100% Notes: I printed the pieces in PLA and they seem strong so far, although I did experience some issues with uneven layers due to feeding problems. I may need to reprint once these are fixed. Design Process: I created this design using Sketchup software. It was a quick and straightforward process that required minimal effort.
