Fridge Door Handle Unbreakable Parametric

Fridge Door Handle Unbreakable Parametric

thingiverse

This is a compact and virtually indestructible replacement for a fridge door handle. The initial design was created using FreeCAD. It's small and user-friendly. Extremely stable, it rarely requires repairs due to its perfectly crafted shape. A hook protrudes over the door edge to provide a secure grip on the door. I also 3D printed this part to replace the broken handle of our kitchen fridge. It performs flawlessly and weighs only 3.3 grams. The design covers just one screw hole, which is exactly what we prefer. Later on, I created a parametric version with two holes in OpenSCAD, partly for personal development and partly to produce a universal solution that can fit any fridge door.
