"Frictionless" PLA spool holder

I reworked a design from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:128387 since I obtained new supplies. My spool holder and PLA spools are now ready to use. To create a matching model, I utilized openJScad. Interestingly, the rod diameter is 16.5mm while the spool diameters measure 38.2mm each. Surprisingly, one spool has varying dimensions on opposite sides, necessitating unique printouts for both sides.
