This is a dodecahedron crafted through friction welding of 12 pentagons combined. This is a minor variation on the truncated Icosahedron previously published by me.The individual pentagons are printed independently. Following printing, the pentagons are joined together using a Dremel rotary tool and a small section of printer filament. The friction welding process successfully works for PLA, ABS, 1.75mm, and 3mm filament.More details on the process used for friction welding this object can be found at http://www.scorchworks.com/Blog/friction-welding-with-a-dremel-rotary-tool/
